We had been established at Kolkata since 2012. The Chairman of India deaf film production is Mr. Devendra Singh Rana, New Delhi, he tells about a story of an actor. He is the first deaf actor. He has been around the world since 2010 along which he had seen and learnt about their deaf films, mimes, cultural dances, robot dances, animations, filmmakers, books, technical subtitles, different languages, communications, etc over the world.

In Spain, Austria, Germany, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Dubai and other countries, deaf people are the best example for their improvement of lives compared to rest of the world. So they are very talented. In the different eight states of India like Kolkata, Kerala, Haryana, Mumbai, Assam, Nagpur, Hyderabad and Coimbatore as deaf filmmakers make film.

They have experienced and skills which are showcased. Deaf people are not considered an ideal filmmaker of cinema, movies, TV film, etc. Any interpreter required to help deaf film, actor, actress in sign language because he/she can help to voice, music etc in India. He wants to support India deaf film for project works as they are already working for deaf films, animations, filmmakers, Robot dances, mimes, books, magazines, subtitles, technical subtitles, communications, editions, lyrics, musics, dialogic, artists, technical artists, etc. Hope they will develop for the future.
